Support Loose Ends with a donation.

Loose Ends Project is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and uses a platform called Zeffy to accept donations. Zeffy is a Canadian donation processing company for nonprofits and does not charge fees. Instead, they ask for a voluntary donation at checkout. We love them.

If you’d like to make a donation to Loose Ends Project, you can do so below.

You’ll receive a receipt by email immediately, and another at year’s end.
Our Tax ID: 93-1605057

Planned Giving

Help carry stories forward by including Loose Ends Project in your will or estate plans. Your gift means that unfinished handmade items will still reach the people they were meant for—finished with care and full of meaning. It’s a beautiful way to keep love going—honoring connections through handwork and helping us bring comfort, closure, and joy to families far into the future.

Donor-Advised Fund Gifts

Have a donor-advised fund (DAF)? It’s an easy way to support Loose Ends’ heartfelt work. You can contribute to the fund, take advantage of an immediate tax deduction, and decide later how and when to direct grants to the organizations you care about.

Think of a DAF like a giving jar — something you can fill and dip into when the time feels right to support causes close to your heart.

By choosing a DAF, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the families served by Loose Ends Project. At the same time, you can enjoy streamlined giving and potential tax benefits.

To send a gift from your DAF, just ask your advisor to recommend a grant to Loose Ends Project. And if you do so, please let us know — we’d love to say thank you properly.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at jen@looseendsproject.org

Yarn, Fabric & Supply Donations

Loose Ends does not accept material donations. If you have yarn, fabric or craft supplies you’d like to donate in a meaningful way, or if you have a partially completed project that you do not wish to have finished and returned to you, consider donating to one of the organizations below.

Prefer buying post-consumer, previously loved materials? Consider shopping (or donating materials to) some of the thrift/re-use stores found in this spectacular resource, created by Sewing Through Fog
